Sphero Flex for Implants

Self paralleling Implant abutment overdenture system with 2.5mm Ø sphere.   Free rotation of 7.5º for one abutment, 15º degrees for more than one.

Included are one metal housing, two pink retention caps, 3 directional rings, and one tin spacer.

When ordering, please provide:

• Implant manufacturer and model
• Diameter of implant
• Hex of implant (internal/external)
• Cuff height desired (see 2nd picture), from 1mm to 7mm

Sphero Block Micro for Implants

Implant abutment overdenture system with 1.80mm Ø sphere.

Included are one metal housing, two pink retention caps, and one tin spacer.

Sphero System Metal Housings

Metal housings for incorporation into acrylic denture resin.  Both standard and micro sizes available.

Sphero System Retention Caps

Nylon retention caps for the Sphero System.  Four different retentions:  

• Light Green:  for worn spheres 2.2mmØ (normal) rigid retention
• Light Green:  for worn spheres 1.6mmØ (micro) rigid retention

• Orange:  for worn spheres 2.2mmØ (normal) elastic retention
• Orange:  for worn spheres 1.6mmØ (micro) elastic retention

• White:  1200-1300g (standard) (2.64-2.87 lbs)
• White:  1000-11000g (micro) (2.20-2.43 lbs)

• Pink: 600-750g (standard) (1.32-1.65 lbs)
• Pink: 500-550g (micro) (1.10-1.21 lbs)

• Yellow:  500-550g (standard) (1.10-1.21 lbs)
• Yellow:  450-500g (micro) (1.00-1.10 lbs)

• Green: soft, gummy for patient comfort

• Black: for processing
