to your specifications. Information needed is:
- Implant Manufacturer, i.e. Steri-Oss Replace Select
- Hex, i.e. Internal Hex
- Diameter, i.e. 3.3mm Ø
- Cuff Height Desired (lowest is 2.5mm), i.e. 3.5mm
