Sphero Post Cast Coping Instructions

Sphero Flex Castable 2.5mm Ø

For soldering, laser welding, or bonding to a cast post and coping.  Corrects up to 15º divergence between two abutments.  TIN coated to 1600 Vickers for strength.

Includes 2 single titanium flex spheres, 2 pink female caps, and one sphere holder.

Sphero Block Castable 2.5mm Ø

For soldering, laser welding, or bonding to a cast post and coping.   TIN coated to 1600 Vickers for strength.

Includes 2 single titanium flex spheres, 2 pink female caps, and one sphere holder.

Sphero Block Micro Castable 1.8mm Ø

For soldering, laser welding, or bonding to a cast post and coping.   TIN coated to 1600 Vickers for strength.

Sphero RetroFit Kit Instructions

The spherical reconstruction system can be attached inside of every type of "hollow" attachment, or those with a distal extension ring, like Ceka, ERA, etc.  The sphere allows existing crown and bridge work to be saved while utilizing a stable, retentive new attachment.

Sphero System Retention Caps

Nylon retention caps for the Sphero System.  Four different retentions:  

• Light Green:  for worn spheres 2.2mmØ (normal) rigid retention
• Light Green:  for worn spheres 1.6mmØ (micro) rigid retention

• Orange:  for worn spheres 2.2mmØ (normal) elastic retention
• Orange:  for worn spheres 1.6mmØ (micro) elastic retention

Sphero Cap Insertion Tool

Used for inserting both the micro and normal size retention caps into the metal housing.

Reverse fluted reamer for the short (6.55mm) and medium (8.40mm) Sphero Post attachments.
