| Make a wax set-up. Do not cover the screw access holes. Make a putty matrix. Cut the TI bar segments to length. Choose a curved profile for the anterior region, and position under the set-up. |

| First laser weld the occlusal aspect of each section to the cylinder. To avoid any tension during welding, alternate between the facial and lingual aspect. Make sure weld spots are overlapping. In the case of a small gap, use Ceka Sol TI (0.4mm, pure Titanium) as an addition solder. |

| Sandblast or use pink opaque to increase the adhesion between the TI profile and acrylic resin. Secure the teeth in the putty index, and reposition on the model. Add self curing resin, avoiding acrylic resin from flowing into the TI cylinders when assembling and finishing. |
