With 20 micron accuracy, the ability to handle significant divergence between implants, and an open system to handle all implant systems, each case is individually designed and programmed to provide YOU with the best restoration possible for that particular patient.

5 Simple Steps

1. Pour the working model with the implant analogues and detachable Soft Tissue around the implant sites. Important--Prior to sending a case in for fabrication, Please make a Test Splint and try in the mouth to validate the accuracy of the model.

2. Make an esthetic ("wax-up") Tooth Set-up for try-in.

3. Fill out the Order form, choosing the type of restoration, the alloy, implant information, attachments, mesial/distal extensions, etc. The correctly filled out order form is the first step to obtain the 10 Years warranty on your structure.

5 You will receive a suprastructure design by e-mail according to your case instructions.
Use our viewer to review the design, and make comments to alter the proposal.
		The validated design goes to our Milling Center for fabrication.
The finished, polished Suprastructure will be shipped within 7 days of design approval with your choice of attachments. Please note that at this time, screws are not included.
