Solnit Quiet HVE NOZZLE Sterilization Instructions

Autoclave--the nozzles are made from a special plastic and can be heat autoclaved, keeping in mind that the nozzles are still

plastic and you should not exceed the temperatures or times recommended.

1.  Clean the inside of the nozzle with a bristle brush.

2.  Place the nozzle in ultrasonic for approximately 20 minutes.

3.  Emptly the ultrasonic, and rinse the nozzle.

4.  Again clean the inside of the nozzle with bristle brush.

5.  Pack and autoclave, making sure not to exceed 273F / 134C, for 35 minutes.

6.  Depressurize and allow to dry for 40 minutes.

Chemiclave

1.  Clean the inside of the nozzle with a bristle brush

2.  Place the nozzle in ultrasonic for approximately 20 minutes.

3.  Emptly the ultrasonic, and rinse the nozzle.

4.  Again clean the inside of the nozzle with bristle brush.

5.  Chemiclave according the the manufacturere's instructions.
