Laboratory made crown and bridge

1. Use Fiber Mesh on top of the pillars. Cut 2 or 3 suitable pieces.
2. "Wet" every Fiber Mesh piece with unfilled resin.
3. Overlap the Fiber Mesh layers.
4. Apply a thin layer of an isolating agent or wax on the cast.
5. Use a silicone mold as an instrument for pressing the Fiber Mesh sheets onto the abutments. Light cure all around the mold 5-10 seconds before removing it.
6. Cut of the edges of the crown frame with scissors or with a surgical knife.
7. Cut a suitable length of everStick fiber including the packing silicone. Account for a little more for making a curved frame in the pontic.
8. The margin area of the frame is covered with a thin layer of flow composite and it is light cured. Finish the margin with rubber grinder. Wax the proximal spaces on the model to avoid closing them with the everStick fiber frame. Crown frames are connected together with everStick.
9. Apply also flow composite to the surface of the crown frame before placing the pontic fiber bundle.
10. The shape of the frame is achieved by pressing the fibers in its transparent silicone and light curing. Use composite resin for veneers.
11. Use at least one bundle of everStick fiber bundle for a pontic.
12. Continue the work by veneering the pontic with composite. Cover with composite also crowns. Finish and polish.
