5 Simple Steps
1. Pour the working model with the implant analogues and detachable Soft Tissue around the implant sites.
Important--Prior to sending a case in for fabrication, Please make a Test Splint and try in the mouth to validate the accuracy of the model. |

2. Make an esthetic ("wax-up") Tooth Set-up for try-in.

|
|
|
3. Fill out the Order form, choosing the type of restoration, the alloy, implant information, attachments, mesial/distal extensions, etc. The correctly filled out order form is the first step to obtain the 10 Years warranty on your structure. |

The validated design goes to our Milling Center for fabrication. |
The finished, polished Suprastructure
will be shipped within 7 days with your choice of attachments and implants screws. |
